I think it would help if you would try to post in English. That way you probably get more responses.
Merci d'avance.

Google Translate:
I am trying for 3 years to connect my pc to my CDJ2000 without success. After a few songs played , the E8309 and E8302 errors appear , cutting short music, especially after using the Search, loading Hots Cues or simply selecting a song.
I tried everything in 3 years : change rekordbox version , uninstall / reinstall the software , analyze the pieces , replace the RJ45 cables through a router / switch , connect to only one plate , cut WiFi the firewall and even change of operating system ( windows 7 and 10).
PLEASE HELP ME , I now have too many pieces to use an external HDD (and incidentally , I still quite expensive turntables bought these to use them ) .
Thank you beforehand.
Theo: I posted it in French in order not to be lost with specific terms, but you're right.
Beekir: Thank you for your Google-backed help but there are so many mistakes : I'll translate my message rather than use Translate ;)
For 3 years, I have been trying to link my two CDJ2000 to my PC. Still, after I play few songs (2 or 3), both E8309 and E8302 errors appear and the music stops, especially after using Hot Cues, Search mode, loading cue points...
I have tried everything: I have changed my Rekordbox version, uninstalled/reinstalled the software, analyzed the songs, replaced the RJ45 cables, gave up my switch in order to connect only one player to the PC directly, cut the WiFi, deactivated the firewall and I have even changed my OS (win 7 // win 10).
PLEASE, help me! Given that I have now too many musics to use an external HDD, I need Link function. I assume I paid those quite expensive players in order to be able to use them.
Thank you!!
@Charles > It wasn't an issue of language (I speak French and Google Translate can always help our engineers), I was trying to get you an answer.
Here's what the engineers have said:
Check the computer:
・Stop using the External HDD.
・Use different computers, if possible, try Mac.
・Connect only with wireless if the cable connection does not.
If wireless does not work, try a cable.
Check the CDJ
・Use other CDJ-2000.
Check the software to see whether error occurs other than playback function:
・When Link is established, leave it as it is for longer than the time for playing 2-3 tracks.
After that, start playing a track.
・When Link is established, try browsing the DB continuously.
Check the track files:
・ If the issues occur when playing specific files/extensions.
More advanced option:
・Use Wireshark to capture packets.
I'm just checking in to see if you've been able to test any of the items above?
