So recently, I got TP2 so that I could use them in Advanced HID mode with my CDJ 900s.
I followed this video's every detail to get it set up properly:

The issue I am having is @7:05 in the video, when the guy opens up the CDJ aggregator, both his CDJs come up on the screen. For me, only one CDJ appears....

I continued following the video anyways just to see what would happen...
@7:40 in the video, it says to go into Traktor>Preferences>Audio Set Up>Audio Device>Pioneer CDJ
^This step worked for me....
But where I had started having trouble again, is @8:17:
In the video in the Deck A/Deck B drop down menu, he has the option to choose "Pioneer CDJ Out 0-4"....
When I go to copy him, the only option I have in the drop down menus are "Pioneer CDJ L or R" (screen shot: http://imgur.com/3FOuKTa)
anyways, I continued on, hoping that eventually it would fix itself. The video ends there and then starts again at Pt. 2, where more problems came up for me:

After plugging in all my audio cords and usb cords...@1:30 in pt.2, he says to:
Click 'Link' Button on CDJ>Select 'USB MIDI'>Select the Deck> and wah-lah...it should work....
^For me this worked but ONLY for 1 CDJ. I think this has a problem to do with the aggregating problem mention earlier in this post....
When I tried to follow these steps for my second CDJ, pressing the Link Button did absolutely nothing..... 
MY last problem I need help with is that with the one CDJ that was working, I couldn't get any sound out of it....I made sure my mixer wasn't muting anything, made sure my speakers were one and everything was plugged in correctly, etc etc.
I am able to see the gain levels on the channel strip AND see the levels moving in Traktor...the issue is that the Main Output meter on my mixer doesn't respond at all....WHAT IS GOING ON!
TL;DR:
1. When I go to aggregate both CDJ's, only one comes up in the option menu...
2. Having issues within Traktor with assigning CDJs to proper Deck Channels.
3. Able to only access Traktor through ONE of my CDJs...
4. Unable to get sound out of the one CDJ that works (yet I can get some level readings within Traktor and on the channel level reader on my mixer)
PLEASE help me, this is driving me insane. Sorry for the long read, I really appreciate the help!

Is it PC or Mac you are uce?
I think you have a problem with 1 usb Cable from 1 of your CDJ 900. If you only get one CDJ 900 in your meny in aggregator-app, than you have conecting problems at the cable.
Locate the cable problem and try anothet usb cable then.
Dont open up TSP2 at all in this moment when you are trying out the cable issue.
What mixer do you use?

Yeah, DjockeB was right. It was issue with USB which I am taking care of. Sorry for the late reply. Thread can close. APPRECIATE THE HELP!
