[CLOSED] XDJ-R1 - Cue Memory Recall ?!

Autocue the first cue point should be trivial, hopefully Pioneer does this.  Updating the Remotebox app to enable selecting from the set cue points would be even better (different sets and live rearrangement of tracks demand different cue points in addition to the hot cues.)

While this product has potential, it does not appear to be targeted for top-level performance applications, as it is missing several features present on something like a 2000 (good color display, waveform track profile, slipmode, cue memories, reverse to name a few.)  I would expect there will be follow-on products to address the upper segment of the market... unless they have a plan to incorporate this functionality in the Remotebox app.

This feature is available on the XDJ Aero which is more a "bedroom" DJ device than the XDJ R1 ... incredible to not retrieve this on the R1 ...

The "Call" function calls the Loop, the Hot Cues, but not the first Cue Point , this device makes me crazy :(

Could we have an answer on this one ?

Memory Points and Hot Cues are different. There are three Hot Cues and 10 Memory points. If you have created any memory points, you can set the Autocue feature on the R1 to automatically load the track at the first memory point, such as the first beat that you want to mix from. For the Hot Cues, you need to set these in rekordbox, as described in the video and then export the track again onto your USB to update the changes, then press Call on the XDJ-R1 to load them."

This is not working ! You can have set only one cue memory point in rekrodbox, this is impossible to call it on the XDJ-R1 ! This is a basic feature, please we need an update on this one too. Thank you in advance for your answer.

I have also noticed this problem, first I thought it was a business decision to not include the ability to call at least one cue point, then I saw the answer from Pioneer Global on youtube, describing it would work just fine. Disappointing of course. Will hopefully be fixed when the new firmware is available.

Just updated to the 1.0.5 firmware. Noticed that this issue has not been fixed with the new firmware. Is it possible to get any information from you or Pioneer whether this issue is something that will be possible in the future, as stated by Pioneer DJ global in a comment on their You Tube channel?

Also, when having your attention, any help in answering my question regarding the rekordbox categories that can't be shown on the XDJ-R1, nor in remotebox, would be appreciated. R1 needs to at least have a setting to autocue the first quepoint

R1 should show all set rekordbox cue memories in remotebox at least, better to select from them in remotebox, and at best to be able to select and show them directly on the R1

Also show the whole track profile in remotebox, even better to be able to show it in the R1 directly with the cue memories and hot cues.
