Here is one file that does it and the datafile. I put the exportfile in there too just encase they need it too.

I just up dated firmware and still had the same problem. So I got a blank usb thumb drive and exported that play list with that song in it and it plays no problem. But my HHD still same problem.

Deleted everything of my HDD and exported every thing again still getting error on certain songs. Noticed with the above song it stop at 72 frames when the error comes up.

Yes same songs still the error with 1.07. I reformated my HDD and exported again still same songs won't play.

@Gavin > I decided to keep my R1 because the good outweighed the bad in my case BUT I still have some tracks that get the same error since the earliest firmware up to the current one which is probably a RB issue as others have said and I'm resigned to the fact that this issue may never be resolved, also I had opened a thread a few months ago regarding the parameters of the effects section and you had said then that they were standard but when I compared the parameters on the R1 to the DJM-900nxs especially the roll effects the parameters were not exactly the same, the 900nxs has 1, 1/2, 1/4, 1/8 and 1/16 BUT on the R1 it's 1, 1/2, 1/3, 1/4, 3/16, 1/8, 1/16.  Is it not possible to remove these extra parameters from the R1 via FW update?, these extra parameters are not present on the Remotebox app so it doesn't make sense that it should be on the R1.
