DDJ SX2 Factory Reset
I've searched high and low, but does anyone in this forum know the proper way to factory reset a Pioneer DDJ SX2? I had a friend change some of the controllers settings via the "Utility Mode" and it's counter productive to the way I use it. That's why I want to factory reset it.

So just got off the phone with Pioneer DJ tech support. They looked into my request and there is actually no way to conduct a factory reset. (From a consumer based level) However if I were to send the unit in, their technicians could take the unit apart and basically reset it to factory standards by resting the processor. Both myself and the tech support guy found it very weird that this (and other Pioneer controllers) don't have a factory reset. Especially whenever you adjust things via utility mode and forgot what you changed. Since there is no physical way of seeing what you changed. Wish Pioneer would create a little piece of software that allowed you to change the utilities.

Si de algo sirve:
con el cable USB desconectado
mantener apretados SHIFT + DECK 1 ... en el plato izquierdo y encender la unidad
terminado eso, mantener apretadas los dos botones de SYNC a la vez hasta que se apaguen ... luego apagar y encender la unidad
Este metodo NO RESETA EL FIRMWARE.
