Have you tried adjusting the audio buffer size in the preferences?

Problemes with performance pads and hot cues.
When i use my hotceus to fast recordbox-dj can't follow the pushes and it gives e big latency. My english is not so good i hope you understand.
I work with a pioneer ddj-sx controller.
With serato-dj i can use my hot so fast that i can create a snaredrum.
Can someone till me how i can fix this problem please?

I noticed improvement when I disable Quantize .... but this is not ideal .... Rekordbox/pioneer should fix this problem ..ASAP

I think you didn't change the quantize parameter in preferences, it is set at 1 beat per default
