Hello. I bought a DDJ-SB2 from a known US dealer in California via the internet. It arrived with Japanese packaging. Is this a legit unit? The box states "Labeling for Japan. Something to do with the sale of Pioneer DJ? There are old labels on the box that shows it was shipped from Pioneer DJ Americas to a different music store in NYC. I bought from Pitbull Music in CA. Should I be worried?
I'm told that's fine - as you can see on the top, it's got English and French, which are (at the very least) required for sale in Canada (and USA I guess as well). As the SB2 is a global model, there's no other major requirements for the packaging except for Japan.
Open that box, and enjoy!

Actually, DDJ-SB2 has only two types of package, which are for global use with many different languages on it and exclusively for China with Chinese characters.
We do not have any package or box exclusively for Japan.
In order to ensure that your box is for global instead of for China, would you please attach a picture of the package here?
