Hi pioneer
2 years back i bought pioneer dj sx at a time when it was not even launched in India . after using for 1 and half year i started getting problems with the controller and after 6 months things just went from bad to worse . since i use the controller almost on daily basis i could not cope with the problem and thought of selling it and buying a new pioneer ddj sx 2 from Rivera international Mumbai. who told me they will check and send the controller in full working condition when i asked them to send me box seal pack which was a very nice and vise decision since i was doing the payment online instead of paying cash. now that i have my controller shipped and have it with me on right next day of payment, im so excited to just open it plug, check and play to take it right away for my gig in the evening . as i was checking almost everything is working fine until i come to know that the touch pad button of the left side deck is not showing any sensibility at all. since i have my gig in the evening i started to worry and soon called my dealer to check about it . after sending some videos they told me to ship it back to us . now that i have shipped it back after few days i call to check the status the reply comes is we will replace the module of the deck meaning they will repair my new controller which i had just bought a few days back with the manufactures default and not replace it with a new one as mentioned and promised my pioneer all over the world "correct me if im wrong with that please"
a request to pioneer please replace my new controller and not repair it coz i cant waste time on the sending the controller back to the work shop again and again reason i have to spend almost double the amount of my gigs to the rented player which is becoming very difficult for me right now.
