How do I link the crossfader on the DJM-2000 to operate the video mix within virtual dj8? I've tried mapping it within controllers but still only controls audio only
@Daryle > If you are using the crossfader for audio and want to ALSO use it for video, you have to ensure that the MIDI for the crossfader is assigned to the crossfader function for the video (Video > Video_Crossfader).
If you want it to ONLY control the video, simply disengage the crossfader assignments on the mixer itself for each channel.

Yes, that is exactly what I'm trying to do ALSO use it for video. I've tried a dozen times with the midi on and off and I cant seem to get both the audio & video to link and fade between the 2. The crossfader only controls the audio. I'm sure it is a simple step that I'm leaving out but...
Are you speaking of the midi button on the mixer just above the crossfader?
Then I go into settings in virtualdj to assign the crossfader to control/link video? For some reason I cant get it to assign even when selected to video. it still only controls audio only
nevermind! Just got it! Have to have the midi button engaged under the master
