Audio Distortion - Rekordbox 4.0 / Windows10 / CDJ-900 Nexus

It seems like the latest CDJ-900 Nexus driver is not compatible with Win10. The audio is distorted and simply not clear when performing. I am playing in performance mode on Rekordbox 4.0. Please advise if issue is known and if an updated driver will become available. If there is a fix, please advise. I have tried playing with the settings to no avail.

According to the Windows10 product compatibility document, the CDJ-900nexus drivers have passed verification. Please make sure you have the latest drivers installed, and if you still have distortion, be sure to adjust the audio buffer to its lowest setting where no audio glitches occur. If you hear audio pops, crackles or other distortion, try moving the slider up one notch and test again. The setting value will vary from system to system.

CDJ's and DJM-900 Nexus are also running the latest firmware.

I tried your recommendations above and it appears that the issue is with the DJM-900NXS driver on Windows10. I tried adjusting the buffer settings, reinstalling the driver and software, but the distortion and dropouts are still experienced. To prove the problem, I tried both a Win8.1 and Win7 laptop and there is no distortion using the default settings, including buffer size. All laptops are the same model and configuration. I am pretty certain that the DJM ASIO driver will need updating for Win10. The tech / engineer in me had to verify this issue. I hope you can relay this info to your engineers for resolve. I'm here to help, if needed.
