Have you ensured that you are running the latest version of Windows (run your Windows Update to install any service packs or hotfixes) and then reinstall the drivers for the controllers.
I have my laptop Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 upgergraded . Since upgrading my DDJ SZ and my WeGo 3 combines no longer with Serato . I have downloaded the latest drivers but they are all from last year . And according to the compatibility list is the work if it is compatible concluded .
But this can not be true . or? on the laptop from my friend with Windows 8.1 , it works without problems . I can only no longer downgrade to Windows 8.1 because I did not back up .
What can I do? I can not hang up and currently has a DJ request after another to cancel .

Have I done everything today. I have all the updates on my laptop pulled out there currently. Now have the Windows Update KB3118754 on my laptop. Did the driver of my two controllers uninstalled and reinstalled. But when I think, for example, Pioneer WEGO3 try in Serato program to connect it says only: "Connecting to WEGO3 This may take a few minutes.." Then it says: "Failed to connect to the audio hardware."
So the vote is not "current" drivers on the Pioneer DJ homepage !!!
When Pioneer WEGO3 was the last update of the driver on 09/12/2014.
And the Pioneer DDJ-SZ a driver update was made on 11.18.2015, but not for Windows on the Mac. In Windows, the last update was on 02/13/2014.
Also available in Windows driver for the DDJ SZ that the operating system is Windows 7, 8 and 8.1 supported. It is not anything of Windows 10 in the description.
So what is to be done.
I slowly jump the customers away.
