Hi can someone please help me out here as I'm banging my head against the wall. I'm running the dam-s9 with dvs and serato the problem i have is the red beat loop button keeps coming on randomly through the track. iv tried shift+beatloop button but it still keeps coming on. how do i switch it off? Thanks

Have you verified that yourself and can you confirm which version of Serato DJ you're running?
Also, have you tried a different USB cable?
no i have not the guy in the shop set it all up for me and said he would update it to latest version.

Please check which version of Serato DJ you're running, as well as the DJM-S9 driver version and the firmware version. Links to downloads and instructions are here.

I have the same problem, i got latest firmware and latest serato dj. but on the left deck i keep turning on auto loop on 2, its turning on and off by itself. HOW TO REMOVE THAT FROM SAVED LOOP.
Have either of you mapped something else to use in junction with S9? I did some mapping with a mod to my dicers and it started causing some erratic behavior on my S9. Which was usually Beat-Loop lighting up on its own, or flickering.
Think it was a conflict in MIDI channels/notes.
