XDJ_RX Right Deck won't play

The right deck of my unit won't output any audio. I see the song cued up and loops and all functionality of right deck work fine, but there is no level on CH 2 with fader up or down. I tried putting all knobs (High, Mid, Low, & Main) to max and had no luck. Just updated software to 1.8 with no change was using 1.6 when problem started

I'm having this exact same issue. Can't seem to fix it. Deck 2 is producing no output. Curious if you have any insights.

Happen!!!! Yes it happen to me when i drink too much...i often forgot to put the selector "DECK/LINE" on the right position.

1 - Verify DECK/LINE switch near "high" fader

2 - Verify crossfader

3 - Enjoy you sound again!
