I can see the album art within Rekordbox and within iTunes no problem. I am bridging my iTunes playlists with Rekordbox and am syncing a thumb stick with the playlists for use on the R1. When I open remote box on my iPad (2nd Gen, iOS 8.0) and open up one of the playlists, there is no album art at all.
I deleted the cache folder within iTunes as well as the iTunes xml file and then opened up iTunes again to create 2 new of those files. Still no success...
The R1 is working just fine, I can play all the songs, and see all of the id3 info (artist, track title, etc) but no album art can be viewed.
The R1, remote box, rekordbox and itunes are all current with their firmware and software updates. Please assist.

I am having the exact same issue as this. Tried everything.
Yeah I am having this problem currently, I am using the latest Remotebox software version 1.31 & the latest version of Rekordbox on my mac. I can see album art in Rekordbox however not on the Remotebox software. Is there a fix or something I am missing? In Rekordbox preferences I have it selected for the XDJ-R1 & have the tick to write album art to it at 300x300 pixels, so it should show album art within Rekordbox but doesn't, do I need to revert back to a previous version of Rekordbox or is there something I can do to ensure album art is showing on the Remotebox app? The version of Rekordbox I am using is 5.2.0, can you please reply with any help please? Thank you!
