DDJ SX2 Firmware Installation Problem - (ES) Problema Instalacion de Firmware

Hola a todos!. Quiero comentarles mi situacion. Resulta que falló la carga de la actualizacion del firmware de mi pioneer sx2. Por muchas horas quedó actualizandose y no cargó mas del 1%. Luego desconecté el usb de mi notebook y apagué mi sx2. Al momento de volver a prenderla solo quedó en modo de espera de actualizacion. Con esto quiero decir que las luces del master estaban parpadeando. Resulta ser que no tengo ningun firmware en mi controlador midi y no puedo instalarle ningun firmware porque no pasa del 1% de carga. Quiero aclarar que mi notebook jamas se apagó, ni se cortó la luz. No pasó nada que pueda interrumpir la actualizacion. Me gustaria que con la ayuda de ustedes pueda salir del este problema ya que la sx2 está sin funcionar.

Hi Everyone!. I want to tell you my situation. It failed the firmware upgrade of my pioneer sx2. For many hours it was updated and did not charge more than 1%. Then I disconnect the USB from my notebook and turned off my sx2. Then I turned on the machine and just stayed in standby upgrade. By this I mean the master lights were flashing. It means I do not have any in my midi controller firmware and can not install any firmware that does not charge more than 1%. I want to clarify that my notebook never turn off, and the light does not turn off. It was not anything that would disrupt the upgrade. I would like that with your help I can get out of this problem because the sx2 is not working.

Hello those who have problems in installing firmware:

This issue can be solved by downloading and installing Java to Mac OS X 10.10​ and Windows 10, where Java has not been installed while earlier versions of Mac and Windows had it.
Please see the manual of DDJ-RX, which explains about this issue in the first section "Read Before Use".

Also, if you use Windows10, the Java download page will ask you the following. 
"In Windows 10, the Edge browser does not support plug-ins and therefore will not run Java. Switch to a different browser​"

However, you do not have to switch to a different browser and just click the [Agree and Start Free Download]​ button to download and install the Java.
Then, you will be able to update the firmware on Windows 10.

Can someone from comment on the problems we're having with windows 10 not being able to connect to a ddj sx2 using serato dj 1.8.

(ES) Hola!. Mi sistema operativo es Windows 7. He leído el manual de instrucciones antes de proceder con la actualizacion del firmware y segui correctamente todos los pasos. Algunas personas me dijeron que la maquina necesita que se le instale nuevamente su propio sistema operativo para que vuelva a funcionar. Yo dejo un link para que ustedes puedan ver un caso similar. Solo que yo no se que problema tiene la persona del video. Pero mi maquina está en el mismo modo. Con las luces parpadeando en el nivel del master.

Hello Eduardo,

SX2 engineers advised to do as follows:
1. Would you please try another USB port for updating the firmware?
2. If you connect any other devices than SX2 to the USB port, please remove all the other devices and ensure only SX2 is connected to the computer.
3. If you run any other applications than rekordbox on your PC, please close all the applications and ensure only rekordbox is running on your PC.

If you still have this issue, we would advise you to send your unit to a service center near your place.

Buenas. Actualiza el Java, utiliza para la descarga el Google crome, ya sea para el Java y el firmware. Cambia de puerto USB. Corrobora el funcionamiento del USB, y desconecta todo lo q tengas en los otros puertos.
