@Matt > I'm not sure where to begin with this one ... it could be an issue with El Cap, the drive, rekordbox ...
Have you tried reformatting the USB drive or using another drive to export?
Ok...So I made a massive error downloading El Capitan and now I'm having big problems with moving my music to a USB pen. I drag the folders over and it appears to do nothing for a while then the % bar increases slightly then the "Drive removed unexpectantly" keeps coming up :( Even the tunes I'd moved over to my USB before the El Captian install have bits missing from them at the start of the track. Also some tracks dont even have track marks on now and the menu bar with tempo, loop etc... is all greyed out. Is there anyway I can solve this problem? I've tried it on the latest Rekordbox 3 and the latest Rekordbox 4

Yeah I tried reformatting the USB pen and tried dragging the files back over but it keeps saying the same things. I spoke to apple about reverting back to Yosam OS but it sounds like a real ball ache as everything needs removing from the laptop to ext HDD and then a 4hr+ re-install of Yosam :( Are there anymore plans for stabilization updates to Rekordbox? I'm currently having to revert back to CD's and Vinyl now. Whats really frustrating as well is since going to Rekordbox 4 the red track start line has shifted slightly on most (not all) tracks in the collection and I'm having to go back in and readjust them.
