@Harvy > I can't say for certain why any of it froze, I could speculate there was some bad data that the software or RX misinterpreted and thus caused a lock-up, but it could simply have been that the RX was waiting for instruction from the frozen laptop and thus wouldn't respond itself.
I would continue to use everything as normal, if the software crashes again, please file a support inquiry with our rekordbox support team.
