did you send an inquiry to pioneer about your problems? You should do this.

Grid ajustment...........
Since 4.0.5 I'm receiving the message
"invalid operation grid adjustment does not work"
When I'm trying to do it in performance mode.
Now you don't want to fix the buttons on the ddj-sz to do it,i mapped it to my laptop,it's extremely uncomfortable and even this way it doesn't work. I can't organize all my music in export mode,sometimes I have to do it while I'm playing.
Guys,I'm really pissed off. I keep mentioning problems,that need to be fixed and nobody gives a f about it. Pioneer is a huge company,but I'm starting to feel like they don't give a f about us.COMON!
-The cues dont display on jog wheels.
-The sync is still a mystery and has a opinion of his own.
-Still no midi support.(Including the ddj-rz there just isnt a controller that can control all the features the software can provide)
-There arent customizable cfx on the ddj-sz(and that wasnt mentioned when I was buying the software)
-There isn't a way to import a folder structure.
-The slip mode activates whenever it wishes?!
-When in browse mode in performance mode I upload a song to a deck it doesnt show it untill I quit browse mode.
-And the grid doesnt ajust doesnt work as well...
Please someone who can provide official info to update the status on this topics cause it's getting really frustrating to deal with every single one.You are claiming this is the best PROFESSIONAL software - prove it!

I've had some of your listed bugs in 4.0.4 but have NOT seen them in .5. That said, I've only used .5 for an hour or two, vs 20+ hours wth .4.
To address some of your bugs - customizable CFX are available but there is a bug displaying it. To see it, hit the panel select on your DDJ-SZ and when the CFX panel is diplayed you should see 4 CFX which you should be able to edit. This is how it works on my DDJ-RZ
The slip mode bug is very annoying and has ruined sets for me until I stopped the music, restarted the software. Of course I then don't know which tracks I've already played, as well as change CFX and a list of other things. So far haven't seen it on .5. Can you confirm that this is there in the newest version?
The software is been buggy with each release and but pioneer has been responsive in fixing most of the glitches with each incremental release. Like I said, 4.0.5 has been great so far.
If you still see issues, post on here to see i anyone else has the issue, but more importantly, just out a support inquiry to get it to the right people.

Pioneer is following the concerns of the users and doing their best to be responsive to everything. Yes going to the Rekordbox home page and listing issues there is a more direct route sometimes, but we are not ignoring the challenges. Realize the software is still new and already 5 updates have been released, so proof that you are not being discounted with any issues you have.

I got it to work by holding the button below that and while holding moving the jogwheel. It's strange because it shouldn't work on that button. It works on the DDJ-RX.
