USB Export Error on RB 4.0.6
I bought a couple of new Lexar 3.0 64gb USB sticks to replace an old couple of PATRIOT XT 2.0 32gb
I started exporting all the playlists that were contained in the old PATRIOT sticks but both of LEXAR sticks stop syncing at 55% showing an EXPORT ERROR warning. I tried with another SANDISK USB drive but i get the same error.

still no export log ;)
@BriChi - yup, because that's how we want to rep for a gig #sarcasm
@Tiago - no log
@Paul, LOL
i just use 4.0.5, no errors on that version
anything on this yet? so FN annoying, trying to export my collection onto a USB drive and now for the 4th time i had it pop up
I haven't had it crash during export recently and there's only one thing that I am confident I changed that made the difference - playlist size
RB has a problem with playlists over 1000 entries/song/tracks and I went through and made sure none of my playlists were larger than the recommended or that at least I didn't try to synch them - from there on in everything went smoothly (if a little annoying - if anyone asks you why you DJ with a computer, there's your reason right there)
@BriChi - do you get the 1000 track error? in which case this could be the cause
no, i have no playlists over 1000 plus I'm not even exporting playlists, I just selected all my collection and exported to a single drive
and, this works perfect if i use 4.0.5 or earlier versions, anything later causes this error
Do me a favour - try creating 2-3 playlists with under 100 tracks each and export again (not your whole collection) and see what happens. We might be able to uncover the bug...
ah, crap - i had the same thing with 3.x worked fine, 4.x much more crash prone...
doing individual playlists works fine, its when you do a bulk export, i tried it all

thats mine from page 1
installed 4.0.0 and 38k tracks exported without 1 error in under 10 hours to my USB 3 flash drive, its an issue with later versions, hoping for a fix one year
thanks for the update BriChi - I'm amazed you even got a good export out of 4.0, 3.x was the last stable architecture for me. The Pioneer guys implied it was a problem my my machine, but makes no sense given that some versions work and some don't.
