BSOD in Windows 10 caused by 900nexusAudio64.sys

I'm using the DJM 900 Nexus as my audio interface for Traktor 2 2.9. The problem is occurred after I update my OS from Windows 7 to 10.
Full name of the problem that appears on the BSODs screen is: driver_irql_not_less_or_equal (DJM 900nexusAudio64.sys)
Anybody know how to solve this?
Some more information:
OS: Windows 10 x64bit
Intel i7, 8Gb RAM
Traktor ver.2.9 32bit.

Latest version of Traktor seems to be stable with Windows 10 and Pioneer drivers. So it's possible that this was Traktor issue.

no hope... after some updates in win 10 and reinstall traktor and djm900 drivers testing for 3 to 4 ours and no crash..now i have surprise crashing on the first minute runs traktor or when traktor analyze some new imported songs..i don t trust to use live the pioneers sound card..i hope this is not marketing tricks to push the customers to bay the new rekordbox soft/hardware stuf... i pay my nice money to have two djm900 and one djm800 i use all three in heavy professional use and for the price i want 100 % from them that i don t have..very disappointed..only 7 months of problems with the sound cards..in the future i am looking to other top hi end mixer brand..( WITH PLAYABLE SOUND CARD)

Same Issue here. Windows 10, latest Traktor in 32 bit as don't have 64 bit driver.

When are you going to solve this problem. Several months past and nothing, Specially as are high end Pioneer products.

back again...last night after 7 months try it to run my set thru djm 900 sound card..from 8:00 till 4:00 in the morning..and i run all the night from another laptop backup music to one input on djm 900 from the fear i got blue screen again.. so nothing happen no glitches not blue screen the mixer was solid all night..maybe the last updates in windows and reinstalling the djm900 drivers do the trick..i can t locate where the problem is.both laptops have clear win 10 install.no internet and no other programs running or installed.   i test it  the next nights  and i come back with news..i hope the problem is solved and i can enjoy on the work the mixers...

I think it has to do with power spikes, because this issue reminds me of a problem I had a really long time ago with my m-audio torq soundcard. It crashed my computer alot on places with bad electricity. But it worked on Mac.

I used my djm 900 on a 8 hour gig crash free. But at home It keeps crashing randomly. My theory is that the elevator in my house causes spikes.

I guess its depending on how well the drivers can handle the glitchy result from the hardware.

I have been speaking to NI about this because I am still having the same issues

However, they have sent me the latest beta to test, Build 2.10.3 R18 which contains several fixes, regarding Traktor Crashes as well as other known issues. Besides, the build improves error logging significantly, so more crashlogs will be created now.

I have been testing this all day now and have not had a single crash as yet so fingers crossed it has been fixed.

if anyone wants to try this new version let me know and I will speak to NI and see if they are ok with me giving out a DL link.

Hopefully this will solve our issues.

Edit: forget that, just crashed again :(

Traktor v2.10.2.9 in 32 bit mode on Win 10 with all latest fixes and drivers installed.

I have the beta pioneer driver v0.900 installed, which i had been testing for last couple of months.

It had been reasonably stable (no crashes, occasional sound drop out), but last night it crashed 3 times within 90 minutes.

the first crash details are above.  Here are the following 2 crash dump details.

@alex > Please don't post crash logs or dump files unless asked to do so.

If you are using one of the beta drivers, why are you not communicating directly through your support ticket?

what is this?....crash logs send crash logs to the crash logs......nothing happen one year now your drivers not work with windows 10 gentlemen...other companies all ready make the update...i can t believe that so big company who support pro djs can t find solution to this problem..and others drivers is rock solid.this is just ridiculous...

@spiros > Again, the issue is not isolated to Pioneer DJ's drivers as it seems the combination of certain versions of Traktor and Windows 10 are to blame in causing the driver crash since the issue doesn't occur with other software.

the problem is i have tried all versions of traktor from 2.6.7 till now...all crash..only when djd900 is connected.denon motu NI drivers not a problem at all..

Exactly my point; the DJM doesn't crash with other software in combination with Windows 10 the same way it does with Traktor.

This is utterly bull.

Many of us have tested different kinds of setups. Using other brands and external soundcards. No problems whatsoever. Only when playing with the pioneer driver on traktor windows take a dive. Native on Native hardware no problems.

So denial is the way Pioneer is handling this.

I will involve Microsoft Native Instruments Dj techtools on this problem.  Maybe then will get an answer and a fix?

@Bendik > I understand that to be the case, but as I said, other DJs have also said there have been no problems using the SAME drivers and hardware with OTHER applications.

So the problem is with our equipment then?

If the driver is the same? Should we return our djm and get new ones?

No, the problem is not any one piece, it's several pieces in specific combination. If you would simply wait for the beta driver testing to be complete, new drivers will be released to provide full functionality.

Hi Pulse,

You locked my thread on the DJM 850 having exactly the same issues as all the previous posts here.

These BETA drivers are they catering for the DJM850 mixers as well???

@Tim > Yes, locked because the answers are the same -- the beta 64bit drivers are for all mixers, and no, you can't get them, as noted it's a closed test, sorry.

I dont really understand the decision to close test the beta 64 bit driver, when you have a number of people here, all of whom have been suffering, and are willing to help test your driver.   Aside from the mutual interest, that would also go some way to restore lost faith.

Please reconsider.

Pioneer DJ has historically not allowed beta testing by those outside the company, it was only recently that we convinced them to allow a private beta team to test the rekordbox software before public launch, and last year the first semi-public "early adopters program" was launched, but even those users had to apply to be part of the beta.

Drivers and firmware are generally not released as beta because they are at bigger risk of causing problems than software is.

I'm sorry, even if you're experiencing similar problems, Pioneer DJ has made the decision to keep the beta in a very tight circle. We'll let you know when we hear anything further on the public release of the 64bit drivers.

Well ok, but its in contrast to the fact that I, and i believe a few others, have already been privately testing an updated 32 bit beta driver, at your request, on the back of this thread.

If you wont allow us to beta test, could you give an indication of when the driver will be released please?

The private test of the updated 32bit driver is to try and resolve this particular issue, not test an entirely new driver set, and no, I don't have any information available for you regarding an availability date.
