xdj rx3 repair problem still v.1.15 !!

I'm after repairing my wonderful RX3.

At the moment, the latest software is a joke.

I would just like to add that I waited 7 months for the previous repair (port 2 not working) ...

The equipment after about 1.15 or 2 hours of continuous playing falls into some strange delay mode.

When searching for recordings, the WAIT picture is attached and the hardware starts to think....

The displays on JOG also stopped working

I do not understand how such a company can sell new products without refining the others.

Unfortunately, but in my opinion, Pioneer DJ goes for quantity rather than quality...

And the best thing is that they can't even answer most of the problems discussed here, which also shows their approach to the customer.

The stores explain that there are no new deliveries due to shortages in parts, but in my opinion the problem is that it is faulty equipment.
