XDJ-RX Not working at all!

Hello... My 5 months old XDJ-RX doesn't work anymore. Worked fine until yesterday! When I power it up, nothing comes on except the master Rec button that blinks in red... Nothing else. Tried to unplug it, different cable... nothing does... Any clues? And yes I had update firmware to latest version two weeks ago... still it worked after the update.

The blinking REC LED indicates a hardware failure; please contact Pioneer technical support in your region to arranged to have the unit serviced.

I've got exactly the same issue, the manual gives no answers.

I also did the firmware about 2 weeks ago and all seemed fine until I went to power up for a gig tonight and nothing!

This happened to me too! I posted about it last week. Really upset and don't know what to do. I called pioneer twice and they said I have to ship it for repair at Pioneer in California. Please Please let me know if anyone figures out a solution

I also have been told to ship it back for repair... I'm afraid there is nothing else we can do. It sucks cause now I need to rent something during the time it's gonna be in repair for my other gigs. Always been a loyal Pioneer customer, a bit deceived with the turn of events.
