pretty serious issue with no response!
i Dj'ed Friday night and after 2 hours and playing all of the blue this loud poping metronome sound came through the system. I force quit everything in the background thinking o may have something on like Melodics. I turned off my computer and then 30 min later happened again. It was horrible!! Also if I touched the mouse it would stop and twice when highlighting a track to send to ddj rz deck it took over the title and added 000000. I use a Mac Pro.. Help Pioneer.

sounds like you may have hit a key shortcut to activate the metronome, Did you try and open the are for the metronome and turn it off?
yes I did.
is there a way I can mute everything so theres no background noise?
Is it coming through on one of the channels or direct to the master?
The master. I haven't changed any setting since day one. Just plug and play.
If you have all of your channel faders down with the decks playing, does that clicking still come through?
I wonder if you have the system audio output set to the RZ and your keyboard has a stuck 0 key; that would be a possibility as to why a title got renamed (if you accidentally clicked to edit it and the 0 key filled the field).
I was djing a function and at the heat of moment I cannt say if it would happen with faders on or off.
having a key stuck is possible and I did think of that.
I currently have the system setup in my house and going to if it happens again.
Thanks
Please keep us posted - I'm now curious. ;)
Also note I installed Melodics 2 weeks ago so that's another consideration but it was turned off.
I will keep you posted for sure. As you can imagine I'm freak out about using the system on the road and just use my cdj 2000's.
Thanks
I've got that installed here myself and haven't had an issue with any rogue beats!
