Ddj-sx2 play/pause and jog wheel not working

Sorry you're having this issue.  

The first thing you should know is that when you are using DVS, the input switch for channel 3 should be set to LINE, not PC.  It should only be set to PC when using internal mode.

If this fixes your problem, great!  If it does not, before I can offer another potential solution, I need some additional information.

1) When you say "deck 3 doesn't work," does that mean it doesn't work when using DVS or that it doesn't work at all?

2) Have you updated the firmware of your SX2?  You can do that here:  http://www.pioneerdj.com/en/support/software/ddj-sx2/ 

3) Assuming you are using Serato DJ, are you running the latest version?  https://serato.com/dj/downloads/1.8.1/releasenotes
