hi, I'm new to this forum. after months of careful deliberation, I finally got the ddj sz. for some strange reason, I am unable to use the sampler on the right side unless I use it on the left side first. I've installed the latest drivers etc and the problem still persists. I've read a few post from other owners and....considering how much this unit costs, should we be having this many problems with a unit that's been on the market for some time now??

Can you give me a step-by-step of what you are doing for the FIRST run when the samples don't load on the right? Actually, if you can shoot a video, that might help if I need to pass it to the engineers.

I am using a Imac with virtualdj 8 using native mapping.
My sampler is not being heard. It does play because you do see it trigger. it does play when you click on the info for the sample but otherwise you hear nothing thru the master cue.
I also have the SX2, and the samples work fine there@

So there is no change to the sampler levels but triggering it from the left side causes it to launch properly when triggered from the right side?

When you say right side or left side, are you referring to the right and left pads?
For me it does not work from either pads.

Wait, in your original post you said:

Are you talking about the pads on the hardware?
