"waiting from djm 2000 connection"

hey im needing help updating my djm 2000, ive followed all the steps in the update, firewalls are off, wifi connection has been disabled as well. ive read on here it maybe the ip address so ive done a sear to find the ip address but its coming up invalid ip. what can I do so I can have this update, is there a way I can obtain the ip address?
