When set playing two different tracks with Autoloop On, after a view seconds there's a slight difference in playing. (0,50% e.g.) The longer you play the loop, the more difference between the two tracks.
RekordBox is set to Normal when analysing.

As answered here, this is because you don't have quantize enabled and the frame resolution of the audio is not small enough to be exactly the right size.

That's nothing unusual. There are several possible reasons for this e.g. a slight difference in the bpm of the two tracks that are not displayed on the xdj rx due to diplay limitations. A possible reason may also be the frameresolution.
So: you need to get along with that.
When you play the two tracks similar without the loop, there's no difference at all, but when you loop one of the two tracks (e.g. 4 or 8 beats) then the problem occurs.
You load the same track on both decks.
you autobeatloop one of the tracks.
after a while the two tracks are not playing similar.
