playlist not showing

hi I have recently bought the xdj 1000's I have also bought a corsair survivor 64gb usb stick

I have osx and the usb stick is formatted in fat not the apple format

I have the latest firmware and also the latest RB software

I have a problem where I have git my play lists on RB and use sync manager to transfer over the mp3s and also the playlist

I have one playlist which I copied over with 500 tracks and it worked fine I could load the playlist and scroll tunes.

I then go and add the 700 track seperate playlist

now I cant see either playlist and it just shows up as the contents foder on the units screen

any ideas as I have wiped the usb stick several times and I also have a lot more playlists to put onto the usb stick

@andy > Please try a different make or model of USB drive. I've noticed some of the Corsair Survivor and Survivor Stealth drives (in 32 and 64GB sizes) don't perform well with rekordbox. If you still have the same issue with another brand USB drive, then it could be something with the export library.

Thanks I think I have fixed it. I was using the sync manager and it was not working at all. So I just exported the playlist from record box to the drive
Right click export playlist and it worked
Not sure why but it's worked so that will do haha

I seldom use the sync manager, I typically manually export what I need. Glad that worked.

mine broke again so I formatted by corsair 64gb stealth which I know is not the greatest at working with the XDJ 1000

I formatted it in OSX and exported 49gig of tunes into different playlists and it worked - hopefully when I update it with new tunes in the playlist it will hold

before that I was formatting in fat 32 and then using RB on my mac so not sure if that was a possible problem too

@Nic > Which make / model USB drive are you using?

@andy > Our product team is currently investigating the test drive I had faults with here, hopefully it's something they can find a fix for!

@andy > Yeah, by all accounts it's a good drive with decent performance (I didn't have a chance to even run my barrage of speed tests on it -- I literally had possession of it for a day before turning it around to ship it to Japan).
