Waveform on XDj-RX not displaying

recently bought the XD-RX and I have had all of my tracks on recordbox anaylized and synced onto my usb stick which is a sandisk 3.0 ,128gb usb stick.

I have formatted and exported the tracks multiple times and still no main waveform. I have updated the firmwear to latest version onto the system and still nothing to show.

when I play the tracks they all do play and show the bpm with no problem, the smaller waveform does display but doesn't move when the track is playing. I wonder if the usb drive isn't compatible or to reanalyse my tracks again to recordbox and see what happens. cant find the problem at the minute.

Can anyone suggest anything cause I'm running out of options here.
