DJM T1 - Volume Problems

I've been using this mixer faithfully for almost 3 years, no problems... If anything I prefer this mixer over the Rane 57 (even though it was made for Traktor)....

My problem is recently the volume on my right channel is not sounding as full/loud as it is on the left.  I'm forced to adjust the trim/gain on the right channel to waaaaaay up to get an equal level of volume on the channel.  Also it seems like the headphones seem to have magically split cued themselves.

I primarily use Serato Scratch Live on a PC platform and have had zero problems until this happened.  I did have to switch laptops and I'm now running Windows 10, but I've downloaded the drivers & firmware already but I'm still seeing the same problem.
