XDJ 1000 & XONE 92 TRAKTOR CONNECTION WITH X1 CONTROLLER

Hi

Having recently purchased x2 xdj 1000's, I have them connected to my xone 92 mixer working well, however I wish to add a control x1 to the setup. My issue is that the MacBook has 2 usb slots, which are both used to route xdj's to computer. When I add in a usb hub trakor only recognizes only 1 xdj. Could this be an issue that the usb hub is not mains powered? any opinions would be gratefull :)
