While playing any track in the CD-mode (vinyl button doesn`t light in this mode) I pressed the Play/Pause button. I expected that the track would interrupt and stop. Instead of that, it looped in a short area of the track before the breakpoint. This can be heard on every sound out connection, but it is neither shown in the main display nor in the Jog Wheel display. If I press the Play/Pause button again, it normaly goes on at the same point as I stopped it.
In Slip Mode the phenomenon is as follows: If I press the Slip Mode button (in the CD Mode) and then press the Play/Pause button Slip Mode doesn`t work and it repeats again until I press the Play/Pause button again.
I can use the pitch fader to control the rate of the loop, while it repeats in the pause
The problem exists on both decks was not fixed in the firmware update from 1.80 to 2.10
This is not a bug. This is the intended mode of operation. It is the same way CDJ's are cued up when NOT in vinyl mode. The small loops allows you to find the precise point to set your cue.

Thanks for the fast reply. I haven`t found a discription of this function in the user manual. That was the reason for posting this "problem".
