The issue with no audio was another app but however, the issue with the unequal audio still persists and no the audio in Deck 1 is much lower than Deck 2. Seems to be an audio driver issue.
I use Serato DJ Pro (SDP) on a M2 Mini Mac and for the past few weeks, I have noticed that the audio on the right channel has been at a significantly lower output (say roughly 25% lower) and now there is no audio output whatsoever (although I always get full audio through the headphones and the volume levels appear normal. In addition, everything in the DDJ-REV7 Utility tool appears to be connected properly). However, when I unplug the device and restart SDP without powering on the REV7 the audio output goes back to normal but the right channel stops the main audio input as soon as I turn on the unit). Both decks and other buttons remain fully operational but the audio, specifically on the right channel drops instantly when powered on.
NOTE: I have changed USB cords and have even attempted using a USB-C cord with unfortunately the exact same results. Also, during the previous period when the right channel was lower than the left channel when I load the same track to both decks, I would get audio clipping. Is this a known issue and, if so, is there a fix/workaround for this?
I have attempted to reinstall the audio drivers and may have accidentally installed an older version before re-installing the latest utility.
