No, it can't be set on the players, only within rekordbox, sorry. If you happen to store a loop while on the hardware, it stores it as a loop instead of a cue.

I can't find the option to make a loop and active loop in rekordbox 4.

It's OK, figured it out.
But can this only be set within rekordbox? Can it be done directly from the players?
If only in rekordbox, can they be set while the track is playing?

Can I create an active loop in rekordbox while the same track is playing on my player?

I believe you can but it won't update the currently playing track because it's already loaded to memory of the player (if you're talking about the link).
