@Nic > You can try downgrading to 4.1.2 to see, but you could also try MIDI Monitor to see if the RX is sending a signal from that button.

Rekordbox DJ right cue button stuck
Hey guys
The default mapping for the XDJ RX in rekordbox DJ has an error where the right deck cue button doesn't work. I've tried to manually delete it and rebuild it using the learn feature but this doesn't work as the button isn't recognised. I also did a test in algoriddim's Djay Pro and it also wasn't reading that button's midi so I am worried that it is a hardware issue (or hopefully a firmware issue). The cue button works fine when running the xdj rx with thumbdrives, it's just when using it as midi.
Is anyone else having this problem?
Disclaimer, I am waiting for the Monday update from the faulty rekordbox dj 4.20 release so am hoping that this might fix it but because I had the issue in other software as well am leaning towards it being firmware or maybe a hardware issue.

Brilliant cheers @pulse I'll give the MIDI Monitor a go, great idea! I only want to use the laptop for Video DJing as I'm mainly on thumbdrives normally so happy to wait until the kinks are ironed out with the 4.20 release :-)
