Definitely watch some youtube tutorials.
Ive done the opposite, gone from 2000's to RX and the RX is super easy to mix on due to the stacked waveforms, (you can see when and where the tracks rise and fall).
2000's the waveforms are separated, so it makes the visual task more difficult. In this instance it all comes down to knowing your music, or if you have a definite playlist order, you can set some 'mix points' (cue points) and use them as indicators for when to hit play on the next track, for a perfectly timed transition which you have practiced at home :)
