XDJ-RX nor working with ProLink

Which Anti Virus program you are running? Most of them got internal Firewalls as well.
In Addition what Network Interface you are using? I got trouble with a Realtek chipset and had to use an additional USB LAN Adapter to get it work.

McAfee, and I tried with all features of antivirus stopped, still not working, as for NEI is Realtek indeed.

I couldn't get mine to work with the Realtek - I would need to double check if something changed after all updates. However I am using a USB LAN Adapter for the Connection which does not bases on Realtek chipset. And that works.

ASIX AX88179 USB 3.0 to Gigabit Ethernet Adapter.

I'm assuming you are using a Windows PC.

btw.... are you getting an Error Code when trying to load a Track to one of the decks?

same issue here. bought dell xps 13, have icons on buttom , disablet firewall, tried load songs from pc, from external hard drive (usb powered, 240v powered and nothing), external works on fat32. having older dell laptop dell, too and works fine. what is going on? 

Hi Frank, no error code no nothing. On the software I can see both players green bit songs are not loading.

@Pioneer: what are the official settings, on the manual is wrote just to connect the utp cable and deactivate the firewall?

Edit: after upgrading to the latest Rekordbox (released 23th august) it started work again.

I just updated rekordbox and now I can't load songs from rekordbox on my mac to my XDJ-RX using LINK. It worked before the upgrade. The RX just freezes and I have to reboot the RX.

After every update to rekordbox, the Windows firewall will require new permissions. Simply re-allow the 4 connections and it should work without issue. Other security software may be blocking the communication. Please configure it to allow the traffic or disable it during the time you're DJing.
