I have every model of CDJ and I can tell you from experience they certainly don't seem looser.
If you are unsatisfied with them, return them to your retailer where you bought them.
I can attest to the fact that my two new CDJ 2KNxs2 have the exact the same problem, i have two CDJsKs as well and they are much tighter and more easy to mix on. This is quite a disappointment i must say. gear for over 8K and they make this kind of error. Sorry Pioneer you begin to slip not just on the software but hardwareside as well. This makes me even more certain NOT to sell my vanilla 2Ks, they are my pride n joy.

I prefer the jogs on the NXS2's, you soon get used to them being slightly different.
I've got both and haven't noticed any appreciable difference in looseness -- I set them to the tension I prefer and don't even think about it. Have you tried other NXS2 units to see if it's consistent?
Both mine feel great. I was able to fine tune them to match that of my XDJ1K unit. I wouldn't call it an "error," perhaps you happened to purchase a defective set. And if you don't like them, return them.
This is BS, ive tried several, they are all the same, so you would call 4 pairs, Defective?, different batches as well.
No they are way to loose, if you compare them with CDJ 2K and Nexus 1, they are not the same, so finetune all you want. ¨Return them?, exactly how?, as per your answer there is nothing wrong with them. so much for the helpdesk
I guess you guys dont have used any Nexus of CDJ in the past. therefore, they feel fine!
Geez
