XDJ won't connect to laptop via LAN

Please provide us with your laptop model, OS, XDJ-RX firmware version and version of Rekordbox you're using. The more specifics you provide, the more the community can assist you.

Basic Troubleshooting

Have you checked your Firewall settings? Sometimes, especially after installing system updates, firewall permissions can change and if you happened to have disabled your firewall for performance reasons, an update will often enable it once again.

Have you tried a different LAN cable?

Hi, when I first bought this product I had same issue but since resolved it by disabling firewall. However the firewall is still disabled. When I last used equipment it worked fine and I have not changed any settings from when if was working and on Sunday I booted it up and the link icon no longer appears. I've read these forums and I have updated to latest firmware and rekordbox but this still does not resolve the issue

I'm afraid you're going to have to submit support ticket. There is something preventing the program and hardware from communicating with one another.

For the time being, why not export your tracks/playliststo a properly formatted flash drive or external HDD so you can use the XDJ-RX without the need for your laptop?
