DJM 2000 with CDJ1000MK3

 I have a pair of CDJ1000MK3's and a DJM850 that just blew a circuit.  I have been researching mixers now and only have a certain amount of money to work with on an upgrade.  I was looking at the DJM2000 but didn't know if some of the features like looping etc. would work without having a usb directly from the player?

There is no USB connection between the players.  There is only an ethernet connection.  As you guessed, certain features of the DJM-2000 would not be available while using the CDJ-1000mk3 but most features would work perfectly.
