XDJ1000 Issue ...skips through tracks on it's own ... goes nuts for no reason then fine.

This has been doin it for a while ... i'll turn it on .. play a track and all is fine ... few tracks in or sometimes straight away it starts skipping through the track. i press forward search sometimes it search back wards! 
It's like it's brain is confused. 
Then it's fine for 10 hours or so. 
This has recently caused me issues at gigs reverting to 1 deck playing!!! nightmare. 

Had it open up and recently cleaned and contact sprayed. Doubt it's a rekord box issue as it happens with just tracks on a USB. My USB's are fine on the 10+ other pioneer decks/all in ones i use every week to DJ ..so i thinks it's some sort of software problem? 

It's updated to the latest firmware. 1.13.  I reformat all my USBS and i've never had a issue before. My other XDJ1000 is 100% fine. 

Do i replace the circuit board under the cue/start - search/ track buttons?? 

Any help or prior knowledge to this issue would be appreciated ...
