hi everyone
just got myself a djm850 k and i cannot get it to work with my Mac book pro...
on the setting utility i don't even have the (asio) menu showing up
i m sure i got the correct drivers for el capitan and the mac is a mid 2012...
please help because if i cannot get it to work it has to go back....

as you can see it says its connected but when i go to my mac sound settings nothing shows up as a sound card...really weird i have tried different usb cables in the two ports ...also i cannot install the correct firmware because it says that the mixer is not connected..
please pioneer need some help thanks in advance
update: its now working i haven't done anything so i aint got a clue why...all of the sudden it appeared in my sound settings as an available audio card its still not showing up on the setting utility..i wonder why..
