DDJ-FLX6-GT is a hardware unlock device for rekordbox 6, which means that you just connect the controller and you are ready to play.
No plan will be activated. You will still be on free plan.

Rekordbox license issue with secondhand FLX6-GT
Hi,
so few days ago I bought a Pioneer FLX6-GT from a very nice guy in Bangkok. He sold it after a few months of not using it, so I got it fresh, with boxes, documentation, and even a warranty. The guy also logged into his Pioneer account and deleted the controller from his registered product list.
Then I registered my controller, and the problem is that I didn't get this free Rekordbox plan so I could use the controller. As I understand, it should happen automatically after registering it, and it doesn't.
Am I missing something, or what?

that's s very inconvenient. You buy a device and still can't unlock all the features in the software.
