how do i connect the djm 700 to the rmx 1000 so it actually works because i cant get any sound out???

I used it for 6 months with  700, so i know it works.  The RMX and DJM-700 connect via Send/Return.  Use 1/4 cables to connect the 2 units, the 700 SENDS the signal to the RMX and then it RETURNS.  Make sure you have S/R selected on the 700 and hit the effects button bottom right so that it blinks meaning it's on.  Also turn up the volume on the effects and the RMX .  Once you are playing something and select the channel or master and then s/r it will show LED lights moving on the RMX as signal coming in and out.
