Rekordbox HID mode and external mixer question

Hi I can't through reading manuals and searching here and elsewhere work out definitively whether what I want to do is possible and am hoping somebody here could help. I would like to use two XDJ-1000 MK1 to control Rekordbox via HID and then output the separate decks in Rekordbox to different channels on my audio interface out into a hardware (non-Pioneer) mixer.
