I have buy Subscription Rekord box Creative plan but it's not active!!

I have purchase Creative plan for rekordbox but when I go on [MY PAGE] that notice me on free plan

After that I buy it for 4 times but it's not work still free plan everytime

How can I do? I can't work if it's be like this!

and how can you manage my purchase 4 times?
