FLX-10 Freezed

Hi, I had suddenly my FLX 10 freezing during the show - I was just scared to death living that situation :

- Windows 11 23H2 running on Lenovo Legion 7 (32gb ram)
- rekordbox 6.8.2 (latest today)

- DDJ FLX10 Vers.1.12 (latest today)

This issue is exactly the same as following post entered in may 2023 with

- MacBook Pro M1 (2020)
- rekordbox 6.7.1

- DDJ FLX10 Vers.1.12

This issue is reported in many Reddit posts, like

always reporting the same issue, with dirrefent computers and seem to happen also on Serato.

This issue seem to be linked to the controller hardware:

I tried to restart Rekordbox - the controller was still freezed. Rebooted the computer - the song retarded but ater a few seconds, the controllwr freezed again. 

The solution was restarting the controller : hopefully no incident during 2 hours - until the end of the gig.

As Rekordbox is able to continue afer beeing discontected and reconnected to the hardware, this issue sounds to be linked to the controller hardware. Some people comment out that it may be relard to the usbc cable connexion. 

QUESTION : What is Pioneer recommendation about usbc cable specifications ? I'm quite lost in the jungle of types of cables.

Now I tried to reproduce the problem : to disconnecting usbc cable during play, removing power during play, stop retart rekordbox - but I cant reproduce the issue.

So I deduce this may be a vulnerability of the firmware. Can you explain in which situations this issue can be reproduce so that we can be aware on how to avoid it?
