  • Make sure the Master Level knob is turned up on the XDJ-RR. This controls the output volume to the speakers. scratch geometry dash
  • Also, verify that the channel faders are up and the trim (gain) controls for the individual channels are set at appropriate levels.
  • Check if the Cue button (headphone cue) is activated for the headphones but not the Master Output. If the Master Cue is enabled, the sound might only be routed to the headphones.
  • Try disabling the Cue for individual channels and ensure only the Master channel is outputting sound.

Hello. Please try check that the Cue button (headphone cue) is turned on for the headphones but not the Master Output. If the Master Cue is activated, the audio may only be sent to the headphones.@drift boss

Hi fnaf, Here are some troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue of no sound from your Pioneer DJ speakers while sound is working through headphones. On the XDJ-RR, check the output settings. Ensure that the main output is selected and that the volume is turned up. Or you can check the mixer settings on the XDJ-RR.  Make sure the channel faders are up and that the master volume is not muted.

If you're experiencing an issue where your Pioneer XDJ-RR outputs sound through headphones but not through the speakers, here are some troubleshooting steps and possible reasons for the issue:

1. Check Your Master Output Settings

  • Ensure the Master Output knob on the XDJ-RR is turned up to an appropriate level.
  • Verify that the channel faders are raised and the crossfader is in the correct position. (www.nsfas.org.za)

2. Verify Speaker Connections

  • Double-check the connection between your XDJ-RR and the speakers:
    • Are the Master Output cables (XLR or RCA) securely plugged into both the XDJ-RR and the speakers?
    • Are the speakers powered on and working? Test them by connecting them to another audio source.
  • If using active (powered) speakers, ensure they are not muted and the volume knobs on the speakers are turned up.

Hi Unblocked Games 76,

Have you checked the output settings on your device? The problem is not necessarily the connection. It is possible that you forgot to select the output and the device is defaulting to playing audio through headphones.

If your Pioneer XDJ-RR gives sound in the headphones but not through the speakers, the issue is usually with routing, volume settings, or connections. First, check that the MASTER LEVEL knob, channel faders, and TRIM knobs are turned up. Make sure the crossfader is not pushed to the opposite side and that your channels are assigned correctly. Also, confirm that the CUE buttons are off and the headphone mix knob is not turned only to "CUE." Next, verify that your speakers are connected properly: use either the XLR outputs or the RCA MASTER OUT, ensure your cables are working, and check that the speakers themselves have power and volume up. Watch the MASTER LEVEL meters—if they move when music is playing, the problem is between the XDJ-RR and your speakers. If they don’t move, it’s an internal routing or fader issue. Power-cycle the unit, and if needed, reset it by holding BACK + POWER ON. This process should help narrow down the cause.      my cc pay

The cause is usually that the Audio Output setting in the DJ software is not selected correctly, hot games, or the speaker is not set as “Master Output”.

The troubleshooting steps you've outlined, Miguel, are incredibly detailed and useful for anyone facing issues with their XDJ-RR not outputting sound to the speakers. It reminds me of how sometimes, in games like plants vs brainrots, where you have to tweak and adjust settings to get the best performance or solve a puzzle.

If your Pioneer XDJ-RR has sound in the headphones but not from your speakers, the issue is usually related to output settings, volume levels, or incorrect connections. First check that the Master Level, Channel Fader, and Trim/Gain knobs are turned up and that the Crossfader isn’t fully assigned to one side. Make sure your speakers are connected to the MASTER OUT on the back of the XDJ-RR (not Booth Out unless you are using the booth knob). Also verify the speakers are powered on, set to the correct input, and that your RCA or jack cables are working. A very common mistake is leaving the CUE buttons active, which makes it seem like audio is working only in headphones—turn off channel cues to avoid confusion. If you’re using Rekordbox through a computer, open Preferences → Audio and confirm the XDJ-RR is selected as the output device. Checking these points usually resolves the problem.     EZPassMA

Check that your speakers are connected to the MASTER OUT (RCA) draw climber, not the booth or headphones output. The XDJ-RR doesn’t send sound to speakers through the headphone jack.

It sounds like a routing or output setting issue rather than a hardware fault, especially since your headphones are working fine. On the XDJ-RR, double-check the master output settings and make sure the speakers are connected to the correct MASTER OUT (RCA) ports, not the booth or record out by mistake. Also verify that the master volume knob and channel faders are properly raised, and that the crossfader isn’t cutting off the active channel. Sometimes it’s as simple as the trim levels being too low or the speakers not set to the right input mode.

If everything looks correct, try testing with a different RCA cable or speaker input to rule out a cable issue. Situations like this are pretty common with DJ setups, and small configuration tweaks usually fix them. It’s similar to tweaking settings in apps or tools like a pro apk, where the right configuration makes all the difference in performance.

No sound from speakers but works fine in headphones on XDJ-RR (latest version). Everything seems connected properly, but there’s no audio through my Pioneer DJ speakers. Any solutions for this issue with the newest update? Appreciate the help, thanks

This issue on the XDJ-RR usually happens when the master output routing or mixer settings are not correctly assigned, even if headphones are working fine. It’s worth checking the master level, output mode, and cable connections to ensure the signal is actually going to the speakers. Sometimes a simple setting reset can also fix the problem.
