Unwanted Strange FX on DJM-S9 and Serato 1.9.10

Twice during a gig last night, all of a sudden some random loud delay FX turned on completely out of sync with the music. It was uncommanded and unstoppable. I had to quickly cut to a new track to get it to stop. The second time it happened I decided to reboot Serato and my DJM-S9 and it didn't happen again the rest of the night. Has anyone else experienced this before? Serato is at the latest version and S9 firmware is also the latest (1.0.8.) Laptop is a MBP Mid 2015, 2.8GHz i7 16GB RAM. I'm sure this meets the requirements for SDJ.

So the track was playing with a delay that you didn't call up?

Correct. I managed to catch it in the act while I was recording something else. I can send the video if you're interested.

What is the status on this ticket? I'm happy to troubleshoot this issue further, but I need guidance from you. I fear this problem will occur at my next event, so I would appreciate it if we can remedy the situation as soon as possible.

Sorry, I should elaborate -- without knowing a bit more, even with a video, that doesn't necessarily tell us if you have a MIDI mapping in the background to engage an effect. I would suggest you update to 2.0 and try to replicate the situation under which the effect occurred and let us know if you are able to repeat it.
