It could be that rekordbox is looking for that data in a different field. Have you compared the file data between a FLAC where the remixer info was added within rekordbox vs. a 3rd-party application?
I actually use the Remixer tag to provide me with a rating number as it's a tag that I use the least - so this allows me to tag my music in my software of choice (Foobar2000) and rekordbox can pick up the edits by reloading tags (then it's easy to bulk set the rating in RB by making an autoplaylist for each of the rating numbers).
I recently upgraded from v4 to v5.1.1 and Rekordbox is not picking up the entry in the Remixer tag for Flacs. Works fine for mp3s.
Just wanted to see if anyone else noticed this / had same issue to confirm it's not me doing something wrong, before I open a support ticket?
